Law Degree - Autonomous Law School of Puebla
Fernando Treviño is an Equity Partner of the Firm and focuses on Corporate Law and International Private Law activities for companies from various sectors at the global level. He currently serves as Vice-Chairman of International and Labor Affairs for the National Chapter of COPARMEX. He serves on the Executive Business Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development as the voice of Mexican companies within the OECD.
He was President of the Puebla Chapter of the Mexico-U.S. Chamber of Commerce. From 2013 to 2019 he served as Chairman of the Business Coordination Council for Puebla. In 2023 he was Delegate Advisor on International Affairs for the Confederation of Employers of the Mexican Republic (COPARMEX), and Vice-Chairman of the OECD Committee for Small and Medium Enterprises. From August 2018 through September 2021 he served as President of the COPARMEX Puebla Chapter.
He is a Founding Member of the LexMex legal network. He has been a Member of the International Bar Association, and has served on the Board of the National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (CANACINTRA).
He is currently a Member of the Board of Patrons for the Entrepreneurs for Puebla Foundation, and serves on the Board of the Mexican Bar Association. He served on the Latin American Entrepreneurial Council and participated in the Mexico-Germany Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He also actively participates in various activities for private and ecclesiastical charitable causes.

Mr. De Campo has been a Partner of the Firm since 2001. He has more than 25 years of professional experience advising Mexican and international companies and clients on the legal structuring of a wide range of matters, including businesses, trusts, franchises, acquisitions, the development of joint ventures, strategic alliances, shareholders’ agreements, and, in general, complex and high-risk structured transactions.He represents clients in the structuring and legal implementation of all types of trusts, including business, real estate, equity-control, and collateral trusts, among others. He further specializes in the negotiation, structuring, and documentation of a broad spectrum of financing transactions, including syndicated loans and complex contractual arrangements. He has substantial experience in real estate and corporate acquisitions. Mr. De Campo leads the Firm’s Business Law and Contract Law practice areas.Mr. De Campo has served as a member of the Board of Directors of CANACINTRA Puebla, where he chaired both the Legal Affairs Commission and the Legislative Liaison Commission. He has also been a member of various professional organizations, including the European Lawyers Association and Hispajuris, and he currently leads the Firm’s participation in the Automotive Cluster of Central Mexico (CLAUZ).He has completed various postgraduate programs and seminars in Contract Law and Franchises, and throughout his career he has been a frequent lecturer on Contract Law, Franchises, and the legal framework for conducting business in Mexico.

Equity Partner of the Firm, he specializes in foreign investment attraction and advising, supporting international clients in their transactions and operations in Mexico, mainly with respect to installation of new production centers, mergers and acquisitions, etc. Member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), serving on the Cross-Border Investment and International Commerce Committee.

José Antonio has over 15 years of experience in the planning and execution of commercial operations at both the domestic and international levels, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and real estate operations.

Yazbek Taja has participated in the chartering of several corporations with foreign investment. She specialized in corporate transformations, mergers, split-ups, dissolutions, and liquidations, capital increases and decreases, share transfers, share purchase contracts, and joint ventures, among other operations. Throughout her professional career she has advised various foreign clients on chartering companies in Mexico and complying with the related obligations established by Mexican law.

Jesús Echegaray is a Member of the Mexican Bar Association and a Founding Member of the Puebla State Tax Law Academy. He has extensive experience in tax matters, with emphasis in Fiscal and Administrative Litigation, Corporate Law, and Governmental Audits.

Edgar Andrade specializes in Immigration Law for companies from the automotive, textile, food processing, education, energy, financial, and private sectors, among others. His services include obtaining the necessary documents for foreign personnel and their families to accredit their legal stay in Mexico.

He currently works in the Area of Litigation, and is serving his third term as a Board Member of the Mexican Bar Association.
