De conformidad con la Ley de Inversi\u00f3n Extranjera y su Reglamento, las sociedades mexicanas con Inversi\u00f3n Extranjera este a\u00f1o deben cumplir con las siguientes obligaciones ante el Registro Nacional de Inversi\u00f3n Extranjera RNIE:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Adem\u00e1s de inscribirse, deben presentar los siguientes Avisos:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  1. Aviso de Actualizaci\u00f3n Trimestral.\u00a0<\/strong>Se debe presentar cuando se realicen modificaciones al: nombre, denominaci\u00f3n o raz\u00f3n social; actividad econ\u00f3mica; domicilio fiscal; y, reporte de ingresos y egresos. En caso de aplicar el reporte por ingresos y egresos, s\u00f3lo se debe presentar si se rebasa el umbral establecido por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Inversiones Extranjeras.

    En caso de estar obligados, el aviso se debe presentar entro de los 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles siguientes al cierre de cada trimestre.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    1. Informe econ\u00f3mico anual o Renovaci\u00f3n de inscripci\u00f3n<\/strong>. S\u00f3lo se debe presentar si se rebasa el umbral establecido por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Inversiones Extranjeras.

      \u00a0<\/p>

      En caso de estar obligados, se debe presentar de acuerdo con el siguiente calendario, de conformidad con la primera letra del nombre, denominaci\u00f3n o raz\u00f3n social:<\/p>

      \u00a0<\/p>

      De la \u201cA\u201d a la \u201cJ\u201d, durante abril; y,<\/p>

      \u00a0<\/p>

      De la \u201cK\u201d a la \u201cZ\u201d, durante mayo.<\/p>

      \u00a0<\/p>

      Si el nombre, denominaci\u00f3n o raz\u00f3n social inicia con n\u00famero o alg\u00fan otro car\u00e1cter deber\u00e1 presentarse durante mayo.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      1. Cancelaci\u00f3n de inscripci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/strong>Se debe realizar cuando finalicen los actos de comercio en la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana o cuando deje de participar la Inversi\u00f3n Extranjera.<\/p>


        La cancelaci\u00f3n se debe presentar dentro de los 40 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles siguientes a la fecha de cancelaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        En caso de que la presentaci\u00f3n del aviso correspondiente exceda los plazos establecidos, las sociedades obligadas se har\u00e1n acreedoras a la imposici\u00f3n de una sanci\u00f3n que va de 30 a 100 UMA diarias.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        In accordance with the Foreign Investment Law and its Regulations, Mexican companies with Foreign Investment this year must comply with the following obligations before the National Registry of Foreign Investment RNIE:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        In addition to registering, they must submit the following Notices:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        1. Quarterly Update Notice.<\/strong>\u00a0It must be submitted when changes are made to: name, denomination or company name; economic activity; tax residence; and, report of income and expenses. If the report is applied for income and expenses, it must only be submitted if the threshold established by the National Foreign Investment Commission is exceeded.<\/p>
          If required, the notice must be submitted within 10 business days following the closing of each quarter.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          1. Annual financial report or registration renewal<\/strong>. It should be submitted only if the threshold established by the National Foreign Investment Commission is exceeded.

            <\/p>

            If required, it must be submitted according to the following calendar, in accordance with the first letter of the name, denomination or company name:

            From \u201cA\u201d to \u201cJ\u201d, during April; and,

            1. Cancellation of registration.<\/strong>\u00a0It must be carried out when the commercial acts in the Mexican Republic end or when Foreign Investment ceases to participate.<\/p>

              Cancellation must be submitted within 40 business days of the cancellation date.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              In the event that the presentation of the corresponding notice exceeds the established deadlines, the obliged companies will be subject to the imposition of a penalty ranging from 30 to 100 UMA per day.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
