L\u00f3pez Obrador incluye varios cambios significativos que buscan transformar el sistema judicial del pa\u00eds.<\/p><p>Las principales propuestas son:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4930379a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4930379a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>1. Elecci\u00f3n Popular de Jueces y Magistrados:<\/strong><br \/>Se propone que los ministros de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN), magistrados y jueces sean elegidos por voto popular, con lo que se eliminar\u00eda la Carrera Judicial como sistema de m\u00e9rito para acceder a los cargos de Juzgador Federal<br \/>La primera elecci\u00f3n se llevar\u00eda a cabo en junio de 2025, esta medida busca aumentar la legitimidad democr\u00e1tica de los impartidores de justicia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4a3ed2d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4a3ed2d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>2. Reducci\u00f3n del N\u00famero de Ministros de la SCJN:<\/strong><br \/>La Suprema Corte pasar\u00eda de tener 11 a 9 ministros, reduciendo el periodo de encargo de los ministros de 15 a 12 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f095dc1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f095dc1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>3. Eliminaci\u00f3n de la Pensi\u00f3n Vitalicia:<\/strong><br \/>Se eliminar\u00eda la pensi\u00f3n vitalicia para los actuales y futuros ministros de la SCJN, asi como las remuneraciones de los ministros se ajustar\u00edan al tope m\u00e1ximo establecido para el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f78772b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6f78772b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>4. Sustituci\u00f3n del Consejo de la Judicatura Federal (CJF):<\/strong><br \/>Se propone la creaci\u00f3n de un nuevo \u00f3rgano de administraci\u00f3n judicial y un Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial, este tribunal tendr\u00eda facultades para sancionar a todos los miembros de la judicatura, incluidos los ministros.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ba69cba elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ba69cba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>5. Nuevas Reglas Procesales:<\/strong><br \/>Se introducir\u00edan nuevas reglas procesales para garantizar una justicia m\u00e1s expedita y equilibrada entre los Reforma<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Eficiencia y Transparencia:<\/strong> Mejorar la eficiencia y transparencia del sistema judicial.<\/li><li><strong>Legitimidad Democr\u00e1tica:<\/strong> Aumentar la legitimidad democr\u00e1tica de los jueces y magistrados mediante su elecci\u00f3n popular.<\/li><li><strong>Austeridad:<\/strong> Reducir costos y eliminar privilegios, como la pensi\u00f3n vitalicia.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8f96e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f8f96e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Algunos la ven como un paso hacia una mayor democratizaci\u00f3n y transparencia, mientras que otros temen que pueda afectar la independencia del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8cf413d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8cf413d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Esta propuesta ha generado incertidumbre en los mercados financieros y ha afectado la estabilidad del peso.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e9d413 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4e9d413\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El 19 de agosto de 2024, los trabajadores del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n iniciaron un paro de labores, esto ha avanzado por el resto del pa\u00eds, en Puebla result\u00f3 en el cierre de 19 juzgados federales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00e5cb5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00e5cb5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Magistrados de circuito y Jueces de Distrito del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 mediante oficio que la suspensi\u00f3n de actividades jurisdiccionales comprender\u00e1 a todos los \u00f3rganos del poder judicial de la federaci\u00f3n que ejerzan esa funci\u00f3n, siendo estos los Plenos Regionales, Tribunales Colegiados De Circuito, Tribunales Colegiados De Circuito Auxiliares, Tribunales Colegiados De Apelaci\u00f3n, Centros De Justicia Penal Federal, Juzgados De Distritos, Juzgados De Distrito Auxiliares, Centro Nacional De Justicia Especializado En Control De Investigaci\u00f3n, Arraigo E Intervenci\u00f3n De Comunicaciones Y Tribunales Laborales Federales De Asuntos Individuales Y Colectivos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a5fbade elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a5fbade\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La protesta busca manifestar el rechazo a la reforma, que consideran perjudicial para la independencia del Poder Judicial y los derechos laborales de los trabajadores<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-58e7cac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"58e7cac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0El cierre de juzgados puede retrasar los procesos judiciales y aumentar la carga de trabajo en los juzgados que permanecen abiertos.<\/p><p>Esto podr\u00eda afectar la eficiencia y la rapidez con la que se resuelven los casos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
