sistema de tarifas rec\u00edprocas para corregir las pr\u00e1cticas comerciales internacionales que han contribuido a los persistentes d\u00e9ficits comerciales de Estados Unidos. Esta pol\u00edtica tiene como objetivo reducir el d\u00e9ficit comercial de bienes, que supera el bill\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares, mediante una regulaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s equilibrada y justa de las importaciones.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4522fd38 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4522fd38\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Impacto para M\u00e9xico y otras naciones<\/strong><\/p><p>La medida se aplica a varios pa\u00edses, buscando igualar las tarifas que enfrentan las exportaciones estadounidenses al ingresar a otros mercados. En particular, M\u00e9xico, aunque temporalmente exento debido al Tratado entre M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1 (T-MEC), se mantiene en alerta ante la posibilidad de futuros ajustes. Si bien los aranceles espec\u00edficos no afectan de inmediato a productos mexicanos dentro del acuerdo comercial, sectores clave como la industria automotriz y la petrolera podr\u00edan verse impactados si las negociaciones no avanzan favorablemente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3acba529 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3acba529\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Aranceles adicionales por emergencia nacional<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-d2d48d7 ); font-size: 14px;\">En cuanto a los productos provenientes de Canad\u00e1 y M\u00e9xico, el presidente ha impuesto aranceles adicionales para abordar emergencias nacionales relacionadas con el flujo de drogas il\u00edcitas y la migraci\u00f3n ilegal en las fronteras norte y sur. Con respecto a M\u00e9xico, la medida est\u00e1 enmarcada en la Orden Ejecutiva 14194 del 1 de febrero de 2025, la cual fue modificada mediante una orden complementaria en marzo de 2025. Estos aranceles adicionales afectan a ciertos bienes que no califiquen bajo el T-MEC, imponiendo un gravamen de hasta 25%, mientras que los productos energ\u00e9ticos de Canad\u00e1 tienen una tarifa reducida del 10%.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-157e864 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"157e864\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Tasas de aranceles adicionales y exenciones<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-d2d48d7 ); font-size: 14px;\">Cualquier tasa adicional ad valorem sobre productos importados de Canad\u00e1 o M\u00e9xico bajo esta orden no se aplicar\u00e1 si ya est\u00e1n sujetos a una tarifa establecida en \u00f3rdenes anteriores relacionadas con el flujo de drogas il\u00edcitas y la migraci\u00f3n. Si dichas \u00f3rdenes son suspendidas o terminadas, los productos originarios de Canad\u00e1 y M\u00e9xico que califiquen bajo el T-MEC no estar\u00e1n sujetos a tarifas adicionales, mientras que aquellos que no califiquen estar\u00e1n sujetos a una tasa ad valorem del 12%. No obstante, los aranceles no se aplicar\u00e1n a productos energ\u00e9ticos, recursos como la potasa, ni a partes o componentes de art\u00edculos que califiquen para trato arancelario preferencial bajo el T-MEC y que formen parte de productos sustancialmente terminados en Estados Unidos.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-644c169 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"644c169\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Objetivo de la medida<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-d2d48d7 );\">Este enfoque de tarifas rec\u00edprocas forma parte de una estrategia m\u00e1s amplia para fomentar una competencia m\u00e1s justa y corregir pr\u00e1cticas comerciales desleales que han generado enormes d\u00e9ficits para la econom\u00eda estadounidense. La Casa Blanca destaca que estas acciones se fundamentan en el principio de justicia comercial, buscando garantizar acuerdos equilibrados y beneficiosos para la econom\u00eda de Estados Unidos.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f08a00 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6f08a00\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-d2d48d7 );\">Consecuencias para el comercio global<\/b><\/p><p>Si bien la medida busca equilibrar la balanza comercial, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda provocar tensiones comerciales adicionales y generar respuestas de represalia por parte de los pa\u00edses afectados.
