Hoy 3 de junio de 2025, la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda emiti\u00f3 un Acuerdo que sujeta al requisito de Aviso Autom\u00e1tico de Exportaci\u00f3n<\/strong> (AAE) a diversas mercanc\u00edas clasificadas en fracciones arancelarias, entre las que destacan: cerveza, tequila, oro en bruto, maquinaria, partes electr\u00f3nicas, computadoras, pantallas, cables el\u00e9ctricos, equipos m\u00e9dicos y muebles.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

El aviso autom\u00e1tico aplica \u00fanicamente a operaciones de exportaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y deber\u00e1 solicitarse mediante escrito libre por cada pedimento, dirigido a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Facilitaci\u00f3n Comercial y de Comercio Exterior (DGFCCE) <\/strong>v\u00eda correo electr\u00f3nico a la direcci\u00f3n: aviso.exportacion@economia.gob.mx<\/a>., la resoluci\u00f3n de AAE<\/strong> de ser\u00e1 emitida en un plazo no mayor a 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cabe destacar que el cumplimiento de este aviso no exime del acatamiento de otras regulaciones no arancelarias, permisos, certificaciones u obligaciones aplicables<\/strong> en materia de comercio exterior.<\/p>

Dicho requerimiento aplicable a la exportaci\u00f3n entrar\u00e1 en vigor a partir del 4 de junio de 2025<\/strong>, todas las empresas cuyas mercanc\u00edas se encuentren dentro de las fracciones arancelarias se\u00f1aladas deber\u00e1n cumplir con esta obligaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

Today, June 3, 2025, the Ministry of Economy<\/strong> issued an Agreement establishing the requirement of an Automatic Export Notice (AAE)<\/strong> for various goods classified under specific tariff codes. These include: beer, tequila, gold in bulk, machinery, electronic parts, computers, screens, electrical cables, medical equipment and furniture.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The AAE applies exclusively to export operations<\/strong> and must be requested via a free-format letter for each customs declaration (pedimento), addressed to the General Directorate of Trade Facilitation and Foreign Trade (DGFCCE)<\/strong> by email at: aviso.exportacion@economia.gob.mx<\/strong>. The resolution will be issued within a maximum of 10 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This export requirement will come into effect on June 4, 2025<\/strong>. All companies whose products fall under the specified tariff codes must comply accordingly.<\/p>
