R\u00edo Atoyac, y en v\u00edas de regularizar a las empresas ubicadas en Municipio de Puebla y las circunscripciones territoriales espec\u00edficas de los Municipios de Cuautlancingo, San Pedro Cholula, San Andr\u00e9s Cholula y Amozoc, el Sistema Operador de los Servicios de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado del Municipio de Puebla, por sus siglas SOAPAP, est\u00e1 llevando a cabo visitas de inspecci\u00f3n y verificaci\u00f3n a las empresas ubicadas en la zona industrial conurbada de la capital Poblana, as\u00ed como en las zonas industriales aleda\u00f1as, con el fin de verificar y acreditar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones respecto de los servicios h\u00eddricos proporcionados por la concesionaria Agua de Puebla para Todos, se encuentren regulados o no.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ec00db1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2ec00db1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En ese sentido, es importante que las empresas que sean susceptibles de ser visitadas por el SOAPAP por ubicarse en los municipios antes referidos implementen medidas preventivas con el fin de evitar una posible contingencia con dicha autoridad, pues los potenciales escenarios presentados tras una visita pueden implicar sanciones como la clausura administrativa de la planta en general, clausura administrativa de los puntos de descargas de aguas residuales, el cobro de multas y recargos,<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e1e6e8a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e1e6e8a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Durante las visitas realizadas, el SOAPAP, podr\u00e1 observar y verificar lo siguiente: excedentes de contaminantes en las descargas de aguas residuales, la localizaci\u00f3n de puntos de descargas no declarados, la falta de un permiso de descargas de aguas residuales, que la empresa cuente o no con una cisterna de aguas residuales (c\u00e1rcamo) y su funcionamiento, si se generan lodos y cu\u00e1l es su tratamiento y disposici\u00f3n final y documentos que acrediten esta situaci\u00f3n, la bit\u00e1cora de control de lecturas del medidor de descarga, la forma de abastecimiento del servicio de agua y la forma de acreditarlo, dispositivo medidor de consumo de agua potable, sistema de captaci\u00f3n de agua pluvial y tanque o tanques de almacenamiento de agua potable, la actividad o giro comercial de la empresa, el n\u00famero de personas que laboran, el horario de proceso, la superficie total de \u00e9sta, el correcto funcionamiento de la PTAR, en caso de que la empresa cuente con una, y el registro a pie de banqueta.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31c6f222 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"31c6f222\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Es importante comentar que aun cuando las empresas que aparentemente est\u00e1n fuera de la jurisdicci\u00f3n de la autoridad municipal por contar con un permiso de car\u00e1cter federal emitido por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua, CONAGUA, tambi\u00e9n son susceptibles de ser visitados por el SOAPAP, pues es imprescindible mencionar que dicha autoridad cuenta con facultades y atribuciones de inspecci\u00f3n y vigilancia dentro de la territorialidad antes se\u00f1alada; respecto a las empresas que cuentan con permisos de descargas de aguas residuales debidamente emitidos por la concesionaria Concesiones Integrales -Agua de Puebla para Todos-, deben contar con su documentaci\u00f3n debidamente ordenada y preparada en caso de cualquier potencial visita.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-29e462d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"29e462d1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En Rivadeneyra, Trevi\u00f1o y de El contenido no debe considerarse como un consejo u opini\u00f3n legal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d1e37fd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2d1e37fd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Esperando que la presente informaci\u00f3n sea de su utilidad, quedamos a sus \u00f3rdenes para cualquier duda o comentario adicional que pudiera surgir al respecto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-465d502b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"465d502b\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e79fd23 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3e79fd23\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Currently, on the occasion of the protection, maintenance and recovery of the Atoyac\u00a0River, and in order to regularize the companies located in the Municipality of Puebla and the specific territorial districts of the Municipalities of Cuautlancingo, San Pedro Cholula, San Andr\u00e9s Cholula and Amozoc, the Operating System of potable water and sewerage services of the municipality of Puebla, SOAPAP, is carrying out inspection and verification visits to the companies located in the industrial zone of the conurbation of the capital city of Puebla, as well as in the surrounding industrial zones in order to verify and accredit compliance with the obligations regarding the water services provided by the concessionaire -Agua de Puebla para Todos-, whether they are regulated or not.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6119863e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6119863e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In this sense, it is important that the companies that are likely to be visited by SOAPAP because they are located in the municipalities mentioned above, implement preventive measures in order to avoid a possible contingency with the authority, since the potential scenarios presented after a visit may involve penalties such as administrative closure of the plant, administrative closure of the wastewater discharge points, fines and surcharges,<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-32aa43b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"32aa43b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>During the visits, SOAPAP will be able to observe and verify the following: excess contaminants in wastewater discharges, the location of undeclared discharge points, the lack of a wastewater discharge permit, whether or not the company has a wastewater cistern (c\u00e1rcamo) and its operation, if sludge is generated and what is its treatment and final disposal and documents proving this situation, the discharge meter reading control log, the form of water service supply and how to prove it, water consumption measuring device, rainwater collection system and water storage tank or tanks, the activity or line of business of the company, the number of people working, the processing schedule, the total surface area, the correct operation of the WWTP if the company has one, and the registration at the foot of the sidewalk.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-415cfa71 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"415cfa71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>It is important to comment that even when the companies that apparently are out of the jurisdiction of the municipal authority because they have a federal permit issued by the National Water Commission, CONAGUA, are also susceptible to be visited by SOAPAP, since this authority has inspection and surveillance powers and attributions within the aforementioned territoriality;
