acuerdo del Instituto Nacional del Derecho de Autor (INDAUTOR) emiti\u00f3 a solicitud de sociedades de gesti\u00f3n colectiva, los lineamientos para el pago de regal\u00edas a los autores, correspondientes a las ventas de obras pl\u00e1sticas (Fotograf\u00eda, Pintura, Dibujo, Dise\u00f1o Textil, Arte Aplicado, Escultura, etc.) posteriores a la primera enajenaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-42d16a32 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"42d16a32\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los artistas pl\u00e1sticos cuentan ahora con par\u00e1metros claros de los m\u00ednimos que en t\u00e9rminos del INDAUTOR les corresponder\u00e1 como pago de regal\u00edas de las ventas posteriores a la primera, con excepci\u00f3n de aquellos que hubieran negociado cantidades superiores a \u00e9stas con las sociedades de gesti\u00f3n colectivas reconocidas por el INDAUTOR.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f1e1afe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1f1e1afe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si eres una sociedad o asociaci\u00f3n que agremia: pintores, fot\u00f3grafos, escultores, dibujantes o escultores y, dentro de tus funciones se encuentra el resguardo de los derechos de explotaci\u00f3n de dichas obras, debes contar con el reconocimiento para funcionar como sociedad de gesti\u00f3n colectiva.
