de integrar una Comisi\u00f3n Mixta integrada con representantes de los trabajadores y del patr\u00f3n, la cual ser\u00e1 la encargada de formular el Cuadro General de Antig\u00fcedades, el cual deber\u00e1 ser distribuido por categor\u00edas y deber\u00e1 contener la antig\u00fcedad de cada uno de los trabajadores de la empresa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ba64af7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5ba64af7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Asimismo, esta Comisi\u00f3n Mixta tendr\u00e1 la obligaci\u00f3n de dar publicidad al documento elaborado, para lo cual recomendamos se fije en un lugar visible dentro de las instalaciones del Centro de Trabajo para el conocimiento de todos los trabajadores. No obstante lo anterior, la Ley en la materia no se\u00f1ala la periodicidad con la cual deber\u00e1 elaborarse el Cuadro General de Antig\u00fcedades, nuestra recomendaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 hacerlo anualmente, para mantener actualizada la informaci\u00f3n de nuestros trabajadores.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37d5eaf3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"37d5eaf3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Cuadro General de Antig\u00fcedades podr\u00e1 enlistar los siguientes elementos:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>Nombre del trabajador;<\/li><li>N\u00famero de trabajador y\/o N\u00famero de Seguridad Social (NSS);<\/li><li>Fecha de ingreso;<\/li><li>D\u00edas de vacaciones pendientes por disfrutar.<\/li><li>Firma de los integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n Mixta.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67b626bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"67b626bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Es importante considerar que los trabajadores que se encuentren inconformes con la informaci\u00f3n contenida en el Cuadro General de Antig\u00fcedades podr\u00e1n formular objeciones ante la Comisi\u00f3n Mixta y en su caso recurrir al Tribunal Laboral correspondiente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-575cb7cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"575cb7cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Finalmente, el incumplimiento de la obligaci\u00f3n patronal de elaborar el Cuadro General de Antig\u00fcedades podr\u00e1 generar la imposici\u00f3n de una multa consistente al equivalente entre 50 a 5000 veces la Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46222782 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"46222782\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En Rivadeneyra, Trevi\u00f1o y de Campo S.C. le estamos dando seguimiento a este tema, por lo que nuestros abogados del \u00e1rea Laboral y de Seguridad Social se encuentran a sus \u00f3rdenes para asesorar en el cumplimiento a las disposiciones aqu\u00ed mencionadas y guiarlos en el proceso correspondiente.
