el Programa de Promoci\u00f3n Sectorial\u00a0<strong><u>\u201cPROSEC\u201d<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 otorgado por la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda,\u00a0tienen la obligaci\u00f3n de presentar el reporte anual\u00a0de operaciones de Comercio Exterior este\u00a0<strong>mes de abril<\/strong>\u00a0de conformidad con el art\u00edculo 8 del decreto PROSEC.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-22eec6ef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"22eec6ef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>ART\u00cdCULO 8.-<\/strong>\u00a0Los productores deber\u00e1n presentar un informe anual a la Secretar\u00eda de sus operaciones realizadas al amparo del programa correspondiente\u00a0<strong><u>al ejercicio inmediato anterior a m\u00e1s tardar el \u00faltimo d\u00eda h\u00e1bil del mes de abril,<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0conforme al formato y requisitos que al efecto establezca la Secretar\u00eda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-360314fd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"360314fd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cuando la empresa no presente el informe a que se refiere el p\u00e1rrafo anterior, dentro del plazo establecido, su programa perder\u00e1 temporalmente su vigencia y no podr\u00e1 gozar de sus beneficios en tanto no subsane esta omisi\u00f3n. En caso de que para el \u00faltimo d\u00eda h\u00e1bil del mes de junio la empresa no haya presentado dicho informe el programa perder\u00e1 definitivamente su vigencia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c06217a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c06217a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La presentaci\u00f3n de este informe no exime a los productores de la obligaci\u00f3n de utilizar el sistema inform\u00e1tico de control de sus inventarios registrado en contabilidad, que cumpla los requisitos que al efecto establezca la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d390099 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2d390099\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En este reporte\u00a0 se informa de\u00a0 las operaciones realizadas al amparo del programa en el\u00a0<strong><u>ejercicio 2020<\/u><\/strong>, mismo que se deber\u00e1 presentar v\u00eda electr\u00f3nica en la p\u00e1gina de VUCEM,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/clt724217.benchurl.com\/c\/l?u=C1AB262&amp;e=123E576&amp;c=B0CF9&amp;t=0&amp;email=ly33I8Zm3Wd7WE9IhIlaTg%3D%3D&amp;seq=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.ventanillaunica.gob.mx<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-369f6c71 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"369f6c71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Es importante se\u00f1alar que, en caso de incumplimiento de esta obligaci\u00f3n, la Secretaria de Econom\u00eda iniciara en el mes de Mayo el proceso de cancelaci\u00f3n del PROSEC y de forma inmediata dejara de tener los beneficios del programa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-789a501 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"789a501\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Se recomienda que las empresas que adem\u00e1s de<strong><u>\u00a0PROSEC\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>cuenten con programa\u00a0<strong><u>IMMEX\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>presenten el reporte de operaciones de comercio exterior de ambos programas en el mes de abril a fin de cumplir con el requisito de PROSEC y evitar alguna contingencia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20ab65c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20ab65c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><u>Le recordamos que en RTYDC contamos con un equipo especializado, quien podr\u00e1 apoyarle en este y todos los temas de comercio exterior que tiene que ver con su empresa.<\/u><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1bab7f2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1bab7f2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong><u>NOTA: Es importante se\u00f1alar que a pesar de las facilidades mencionadas por la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda derivado de la contingencia del COVID19, las obligaciones de presentar los reportes anuales de los programas de fomento, NO est\u00e1n exentas o pospuestas por lo que debemos cumplir con las obligaciones tanto de PROSEC como de IMMEX en forma y tiempo.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a480211 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a480211\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En Rivadeneyra, Trevi\u00f1o y de Campo S.C., le estamos dando seguimiento a este tema, para poder brindarle la asesor\u00eda legal que en su caso requiera.
