de abril del presente a\u00f1o, tiene una vigencia de dos a\u00f1os a partir de su entrada en vigor.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4ea7ab22 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4ea7ab22\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El fondo, la finalidad o la raz\u00f3n por la cu\u00e1l se dio este decreto, es para evitar la afectaci\u00f3n en las cadenas productivas y que se mantenga la competitividad en los sectores industriales m\u00e1s sensibles como lo son el el\u00e9ctrico, electr\u00f3nico, el automotriz y el de autopartes, para fomentar el desarrollo de la industria nacional y apoyar el mercado interno.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6b0388f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6b0388f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Seg\u00fan el gobierno mexicano, de 2018 a 2023, las cadenas productivas nacionales relacionadas con los productos se\u00f1alados en el p\u00e1rrafo anterior se han visto afectadas por la desaceleraci\u00f3n en el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico ocasionada por conflictos geopol\u00edticos y comerciales, lo cual afecta su competitividad en el mercado nacional e internacional, as\u00ed como la subsistencia del empleo de miles de personas, por lo que las industrias mexicanas requieren un periodo de ajuste para su recuperaci\u00f3n. el Gobierno federal tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de implementar los mecanismos necesarios que generen estabilidad en los sectores de la industria nacional y que permitan eliminar distorsiones en el comercio, para salvaguardar el equilibrio del mercado global en concordancia con el derecho y los compromisos internacionales adquiridos por M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94318f6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94318f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los sectores afectados son el: acero, aluminio, textiles, confecci\u00f3n calzado, madera y pl\u00e1sticos y sus manufacturas, productos qu\u00edmicos, papel y cart\u00f3n, productos cer\u00e1micos, vidrio y sus manufacturas, material el\u00e9ctrico, material de transporte, instrumentos musicales, muebles entre otras, con el fin de brindar certidumbre y condiciones de mercado justas a los sectores de la industria nacional que enfrentan situaciones de vulnerabilidad, derivado de las pr\u00e1cticas que alteran y afectan el comercio internacional y, as\u00ed fomentar el desarrollo de la industria nacional y apoyar el mercado interno.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-49ba885a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"49ba885a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El tercer art\u00edculo transitorio del decreto nos dice que\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b20d1cd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b20d1cd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em>\u201cpara los efectos del \u00abDecreto por el que se establecen diversos Programas de Promoci\u00f3n Sectorial\u00bb, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el 2 de agosto de 2002 y sus modificaciones posteriores; a partir de la entrada en vigor del presente ordenamiento y hasta el t\u00e9rmino de su vigencia, los programas a que se refieren las fracciones I, II y XIX del art\u00edculo 5 de dicho decreto quedan incluidas las siguientes fracciones arancelarias\u201d,\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1416fde elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1416fde\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Es decir:\u00a0<strong>En los programas de las industrias automotriz y de autopartes, las fracciones arancelarias 7208.26.01, 7208.27.01, 7209.16.01, 7209.17.01, 7211.29.99, 7225.30.91 y 7225.40.91<\/strong> deber\u00e1n cubrir el arancel que se establece en este decreto y se tendr\u00e1 que devolver el mismo porcentaje de impuesto al aplicar el programa indicado.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2eb8cd9b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2eb8cd9b\"
