Federaci\u00f3n (DOF) un decreto por el que se reforman los art\u00edculos 132 fracci\u00f3n V, 133 fracci\u00f3n XVIII Bis, 422, y 423 fracci\u00f3n V, de la Ley Federal del Trabajo. Esta reforma es conocida como \u201cLey Silla\u201d, misma que establece las siguientes obligaciones para las personas empleadoras:<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-d2d48d7 );\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-77625266 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"77625266\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div><ul><li>Proveer a los trabajadores n\u00famero suficiente de sillas con respaldo para el desarrollo de sus funciones o descanso peri\u00f3dico dentro de la jornada laboral. Para el caso del descanso peri\u00f3dico, las sillas deber\u00e1n de ubicarse en \u00e1reas especificas dentro del centro de trabajo.\u00a0<\/li><li>Queda prohibido obligar a los trabajadores a permanecer de pie durante la totalidad de su jornada laboral.\u00a0<\/li><li>Crear normas dentro del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo que regulen el derecho de los empleados para el uso de las sillas durante la jornada de trabajo.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e4047c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1e4047c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div>Es importante se\u00f1alar que la reforma no establece los par\u00e1metros m\u00ednimos con relaci\u00f3n al tiempo de descanso peri\u00f3dico de los trabajadores, por lo que es aconsejable evaluar a la brevedad las operaciones y actividades dentro del centro de trabajo para hacer las adecuaciones respectivas en cada caso.\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc493be elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fc493be\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si bien esta reforma se encuentra principalmente dirigida a los sectores de servicios, comercio, y centros de trabajo an\u00e1logos, tambi\u00e9n establece que a los sectores industriales le ser\u00e1 aplicable cuando lo permita la naturaleza del trabajo. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d805f76 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d805f76\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div>Los patrones cuentan con un plazo de 180 d\u00edas naturales a partir de la entrada en vigor del decreto, para adecuar su normatividad interna y dar cumplimiento a esta reforma.\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31e732db elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"31e732db\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div>Esperando que la presente informaci\u00f3n sea de su utilidad, en\u00a0<strong>Rivadeneyra Trevi\u00f1o<\/strong>\u00a0quedamos atentos a cualquier duda o comentario que pudieran tener sobre el presente.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c104d42 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"4c104d42\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-462bdd3f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"462bdd3f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>On December 19, 2024, a decree was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) amending Articles 132, Section V; 133, Section XVIII Bis; 422; and 423, Section V of the Federal Labor Law.
