y deroga diversas disposiciones de la Ley del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores y la Ley Federal del Trabajo. Dicho decreto entr\u00f3 en vigor el 22 de febrero de 2025.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c9a78ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c9a78ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div style=\"color: #383838; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; line-height: 15px; font-size: 10px;\">Dentro de las modificaciones que hemos considerado trascendentes y que pueden generar afectaciones constitucionales a los Patrones, ya sean Personas F\u00edsicas o Morales, destacan las siguientes:<br \/>.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-63f6462 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"63f6462\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"color: #383838; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; line-height: 15px; font-size: 10px;\"><p>La obligaci\u00f3n de los Patrones de realizar descuentos por concepto de amortizaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos del INFONAVIT.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"color: #383838; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; line-height: 15px; font-size: 10px;\"><p>La eliminaci\u00f3n de la suspensi\u00f3n de dichos descuentos cuando un trabajador no perciba su salario por ausentismo o incapacidad.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"color: #383838; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; line-height: 15px; font-size: 10px;\"><p>La obligaci\u00f3n del Patr\u00f3n de cubrir las amortizaciones, incluso cuando el trabajador no perciba un sueldo.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"color: #383838; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; line-height: 15px; font-size: 10px;\"><p>La eliminaci\u00f3n de la posibilidad de compensaci\u00f3n de reembolsos por convenio.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"color: #383838; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; line-height: 15px; font-size: 10px;\"><p>La ampliaci\u00f3n de la responsabilidad solidaria del Patr\u00f3n ante el INFONAVIT desde la inscripci\u00f3n del trabajador en el IMSS.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1401a57 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1401a57\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\"><span style=\"color: #383838; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10px;\">Consideramos que la entrada en vigor de estas reformas causa un perjuicio a los Patrones, al vulnerar sus derechos humanos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12a8aa4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"12a8aa4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\"><span style=\"color: #383838; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10px;\">Por lo anterior, recomendamos promover un juicio de amparo indirecto ante el Juez de Distrito correspondiente al domicilio fiscal de la Empresa, dentro de los 30 d\u00edas siguientes a la entrada en vigor de las reformas, es decir, a m\u00e1s tardar el 7 de abril de 2025.<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-408b300 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"408b300\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\"><span style=\"color: #383838;
