los art\u00edculos 103 y 107 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, que entraron en vigor el 14 de marzo de 2025.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4522fd38 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4522fd38\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Principales modificaciones:<\/p><ul><li>Se eliminaron las disposiciones relativas al Consejo de la Judicatura Federal y, en su lugar, se crearon dos nuevos \u00f3rganos que asumir\u00e1n dichas funciones: el Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial y el \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n Judicial.<\/li><li>Se incorpor\u00f3 lenguaje inclusivo en todos los art\u00edculos de la Ley de Amparo.<\/li><li>Se suprimieron las disposiciones relativas a las Salas de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, ya que estas dejar\u00e1n de existir. A partir de ahora, la Suprema Corte resolver\u00e1 en Pleno. En consecuencia, se redujo el n\u00famero de votos necesarios para formar mayor\u00eda, pasando de ocho a seis.<\/li><li>Se sustituy\u00f3 la denominaci\u00f3n \u201cDistrito Federal\u201d por \u201cCiudad de M\u00e9xico\u201d.<\/li><li>El C\u00f3digo Federal de Procedimientos Civiles fue reemplazado por el C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Civiles y Familiares como legislaci\u00f3n supletoria de la Ley de Amparo.<\/li><li>En los juicios de amparo en los que se resuelva la inconstitucionalidad de normas generales, las sentencias ya no tendr\u00e1n efectos generales.<\/li><li>El juicio de amparo ser\u00e1 improcedente respecto de cualquier acto emitido por los dos \u00f3rganos de reciente creaci\u00f3n: el Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial y el \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n Judicial.<\/li><li>Las multas se determinar\u00e1n con base en las Unidades de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA), en lugar de los salarios m\u00ednimos.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3acba529 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3acba529\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Es importante se\u00f1alar que esta reforma tiene como objetivo actualizar y armonizar la Ley de Amparo con la reciente reforma al Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n. In its place, two new bodies were created to assume its functions: the Judicial Discipline Court and the Judicial Administration Body.<\/li><li>Inclusive language was incorporated throughout all articles of the Amparo Law.<\/li><li>Provisions regarding the Chambers of the Supreme Court of Justice were removed, as these chambers will cease to exist. The Supreme Court will now decide cases in plenary session. Accordingly, the number of votes required to form a majority was reduced from eight to six.<\/li><li>The term \u201cFederal District\u201d was replaced by \u201cMexico City.\u201d<\/li><li>The Federal Code of Civil Procedures was replaced by the National Code of Civil and Family Procedures as the supplementary legislation to the Amparo Law.<\/li><li>In amparo proceedings that decide on the unconstitutionality of general norms, the rulings will no longer produce general effects.<\/li><li>Amparo proceedings will be inadmissible against any acts issued by the two newly created bodies: the Judicial Discipline Court and the Judicial Administration Body.<\/li><li>Fines will be calculated based on Units of Measurement and Update (UMA), instead of Minimum Wages.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a473462 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1a473462\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>It is worth noting that these amendments aim to update and align the Amparo Law with the recent reform of the Federal Judiciary.
