a la Ley Aduanera, impulsada por la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum. La propuesta busca transformar integralmente el sistema aduanero de M\u00e9xico, respondiendo a los retos de la corrupci\u00f3n, la evasi\u00f3n fiscal y la necesidad de modernizar los procesos para un comercio exterior m\u00e1s competitivo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-755ad4ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"755ad4ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El prop\u00f3sito central es modernizar las 50 aduanas del pa\u00eds, reforzando la recaudaci\u00f3n fiscal, la transparencia en las operaciones y la seguridad nacional. Esto busca no solo aumentar los ingresos p\u00fablicos, sino tambi\u00e9n proyectar una mayor confianza hacia los socios comerciales de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-158c38b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"158c38b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum envi\u00f3 a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados dos reformas, una de las iniciativas contempla modificaciones a la Ley de los Impuestos Generales un aumento de aranceles en m\u00e1s de mil tipos de mercanc\u00edas de sectores estrat\u00e9gicos como:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-102e413d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"102e413d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Automotriz<\/li><li>Textil y vestido<\/li><li>Pl\u00e1sticos<\/li><li>Sider\u00fargico<\/li><li>Electrodom\u00e9sticos<\/li><li>Aluminio<\/li><li>Juguetes y muebles<\/li><li>Calzado y marroquiner\u00eda<\/li><li>Papel y cart\u00f3n<\/li><li>Motocicletas, remolques y vidrio<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5efdf25b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5efdf25b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El aumento propuesto alcanza hasta el 50 % en productos como autopartes, autos ligeros, vestido, sider\u00fargico, textil, papel y cart\u00f3n, vidrio, juguetes, perfumes y cosm\u00e9ticos. Algunos productos partir\u00edan de un incremento del 10 %, mientras otros alcanzar\u00edan hasta el 35 % como motocicletas, aluminio, remolques, muebles y calzado.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c80c40f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2c80c40f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>No se busca \u00fanicamente incrementar los ingresos a trav\u00e9s de aranceles, sino tambi\u00e9n reactivar las industrias mexicanas que han perdido protagonismo frente a la importaci\u00f3n masiva de productos extranjeros.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ac07f46 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6ac07f46\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ejes principales de la reforma aduanera:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Corresponsabilidad legal<\/strong>: tanto empresas importadoras y exportadoras como agentes aduanales ser\u00e1n responsables de la veracidad de las declaraciones, enfrentando sanciones en caso de irregularidades.<\/li><li><strong>Digitalizaci\u00f3n e inteligencia artificial<\/strong>: integraci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda avanzada para agilizar tr\u00e1mites, automatizar procesos y detectar irregularidades con mayor precisi\u00f3n, reduciendo la corrupci\u00f3n y errores humanos.<\/li><li><strong>Combate a la evasi\u00f3n fiscal<\/strong>: cierre de vac\u00edos legales en el pago de IVA e IEPS, con especial atenci\u00f3n a simulaciones de exportaciones a trav\u00e9s de programas como IMMEX.<\/li><li><strong>Supervisi\u00f3n reforzada y sanciones estrictas<\/strong>: nuevas facultades de control y penalidades m\u00e1s severas contra pr\u00e1cticas fraudulentas en el comercio exterior.<\/li><li><strong>Fortalecimiento en la recaudaci\u00f3n de aranceles<\/strong>: medidas para evitar subvaluaciones y pr\u00e1cticas de simulaci\u00f3n que reducen el pago de contribuciones, apoyadas en herramientas de inteligencia artificial para la correcta clasificaci\u00f3n arancelaria y la determinaci\u00f3n del valor en aduana.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-39eb8d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"39eb8d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si bien representa desaf\u00edos significativos en t\u00e9rminos de inversi\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica y capacitaci\u00f3n garantizar operaciones m\u00e1s confiables.
