Being aware of the increasing technological evolution and the legal challenges that this implies for both individuals and companies, it is that, at Rivadeneyra, Treviño y de Campo, we are pleased to share our new IT Law practice area with our clients and friends.
The IT Law is a branch of the law that is transversal to other practices since it specializes in the facts and acts that derive from the use of information and communication technologies, from which a set of laws and regulations arise that are aligned to operations in the cyberspace environment and its potential effect on the physical space.
The integration of technological developments into the daily life of society results in the need to increasingly generate more rules and work statutes that allow aligning resources, governing them, regulating them and thereby complying with an environment of technical, legal and ethical standards, which allow adequate use of technological and resources, minimizing the risks inherent in their operation and in turn maximizing benefits.
This new practice of the firm is part of a strategy that will support our clients to integrate their operations in the cyberspace environment with the use of information and communication technologies, protecting their legal sphere at all times and maximizing their benefits.
