State Decree to Reform and Reaffirm Measures to Contain the Spread of Sars-CoV2 VIRUS (Covid 19)
El pasado 26 de abril ha sido publicado en el Periódico Oficial Estatal, el DECRETO del Ejecutivo del Estado que tiene por objeto modificar y reafirmar las medidas para contener el contagio del virus SARS-CoV2 (COVID 19). El decreto estará vigente del 27 de abril hasta el 31 de mayo 2021.
La reforma mencionada establece que el día solidario de cierre queda suspendido. La capacidad permitida a todo el sector económico y comercial será del cincuenta por ciento.
Por otro lado, el Gobierno del Estado estableció que el sector industrial mantendrá una operación con un aforo máximo del cincuenta por ciento por cada turno, además, la industria de la construcción mantendrá una operación con un aforo del cuarenta por ciento en obras cerradas, cincuenta por ciento en obras mixtas y sesenta por ciento en obras a cielo abierto.

On April 26th, the DECREE of the State Executive was published in the Official State Newspaper, whose purpose is to reform and reaffirm the measures to contain the spread of the SARS-CoV2 virus (COVID 19). The decree will be in force from April 27th to May 31st , 2021.
The update mentioned before establishes that the so-called Solidarity Day is suspended. The capacity allowed for all economic and commercial activities will be fifty percent.
Furthermore, the state government set that the industrial sector will maintain an operation with a maximum capacity of fifty percent for each work shift, moreover, the construction industry will maintain an operation with a maximum capacity of forty percent in covered areas, fifty percent in mixed constructions and sixty percent in open pit works.
